The Petite Select, one of the newest additions to our Oyster Series, was inspired by two of our most popular sculptural pieces: The Select and the Coffee Table Bowl. Fill with a layer of ice and serve half a dozen oysters, use as a shallow serving bowl for candy or chips, or leave empty to admire the beauty of the unique crystal growth. Exterior is textured with a smooth interior, just as an oyster shell. Pictured here with the Oyster Cup.

This is Alison Evans’ signature piece and a great centerpiece for any table. It is the sculptural representation of an oyster and balances on three "feet." This bowl can also function as a fruit bowl, salad serving bowl, or be filled with crushed ice to serve oysters or shellfish; the Small Sauce Bowl can then be nestled in the foot to hold mignonette, cocktail sauce, or lemons.

The Oyster Cup is a small, multi-functional dish, great for sauces or as a ring dish by the kitchen sink or bedside. After many requests, Alison designed The Select as a beautiful, elegant, and functional way to serve a dozen oysters. It offers just enough depth for a bed of crushed ice and a layer of oysters. Although oysters are at the heart of its design, the piece offers much versatility - uses can range from a centerpiece, a fruit bowl, or a catch-all for keys and change in the entryway. Exterior is textured with a smooth interior, just as an oyster shell.
