This condiment dish is textured on the bottom and features three shallow bowls designed to hold the magic trio of mignonette sauce, lemon wedges, and cocktail sauce to serve with oysters. The dish is designed to accompany the Traditional Oyster Platter (as shown in Mint and Charcoal).

This is Alison Evans’ signature piece and a great centerpiece for any table. It is the sculptural representation of an oyster and balances on three "feet." This bowl can also function as a fruit bowl, salad serving bowl, or be filled with crushed ice to serve oysters or shellfish; the Small Sauce Bowl can then be nestled in the foot to hold mignonette, cocktail sauce, or lemons.

The Razor Clam Series is a very loose interpretation of the Razor Clam (Ensis directus), also known at the bamboo clam or American jackknife clam. It is found in the Atlantic and along the coast of Maine.
